ACS Point to Point T1

T1 service provides up to a full 1.54 Megabits/second of simultaneous upload and download bandwidth to ACS' network. From there, your traffic to and from the Internet will use the most efficient route possible via our multiple redundant connections to the Internet backbone. T1 service offers a very stable connection. Its troubleshooting process is much faster and more sophisticated than DSL. And if necessary, a technician will be dispatched to make equipment repairs within a few hours. If Internet access is essential to your business, a T1 is one way to make sure you stay connected.

Point to Point T1 service is best employed when your location is near ACS' San Francisco point of presence (POP). If you're too far outside San Francisco's financial district, mileage charges imposed by the local phone company will probably make Frame Relay T1 service more cost effective.
