Thanks to advanced monitoring software, ACS is alerted to potential problems instantaneously
allowing us to fix problems in many cases before our customers even notice them.
Our software analyzes our customers' network connections and servers 24 hours
a day. If a problem is detected, our operations staff is alerted with an informative
message on their alpha pagers stating the nature of the problem, when it occurred,
along with relevent customer contact information. If appropriate, we'll call the
customer immediately and notify them of the problem and let them know that
we're already working on a solution.
We also monitor our customers' bandwidth utilization very carefully. We're often
able to identify unusual or potentially problematic activity which may be caused
by an attack from outside your network, or employee abuse inside your network.
